If you're looking for a full service wedding planner, look no further and call The Theme Wedding right away! They worked really hard on our wedding planning for one whole year and we couldn't have done it without their help. They were there to help us every single step of our journey.

We got married one month ago, and our parents, family members, parents' friends and friends are still raving about how smoothly the day went. This is in light of a last-minute venue change for our wedding ceremony just few weeks prior to our wedding!!

In addition, with a super tight schedule like any typical Chinese wedding, nothing was delayed. I even managed to have an hour lunch break having dim sum at the Grand Hyatt Chinese restaurant before getting ready for our church ceremony, which apparently is not the usual for Hong Kong brides. Also, the banquet was able to start promptly at 7:45pm (a special request by us) which is very rare for Hong Kong banquets.

The Theme Wedding team made sure both my husband and I were adequately hydrated and had some food to eat at all times. They also made sure we had enough time to take breaks.
Not only did they take good care of us, but The Theme Wedding team also took good care of both our parents and their requests before and during the wedding. Hence our parents were able to simply participate and enjoy our big day without worrying about any details.

The Theme Wedding has planned every single detail perfectly since we engaged their services one year prior to our wedding date. From negotiating contract details with the hotel, site visits, invitation and decor design, wedding favours, budget planning - to even booking appointments for my dress fittings and finding suitable make up artists for my mother in law. They even prepared packing lists for the day and listed out the number of Lai sees we needed to bring.

The team were able to help out with every single detail we could think of, and we are really thankful to have them as our wedding planners!

They are very organized, making sure everything is done on schedule, and sending email reminders and confirmations to help you keep track of everything you are too busy to. They are also quick to respond to comments and inquiries throughout the wedding planning process, which we found very helpful.

Our favourite part of their service, though, was their outstanding arrangements and coordination on the day of the wedding. Vicky and Issac are seasoned experts at what they do and make sure that on your big day, all you have to worry about is enjoying yourself.

All thanks to them, we didn't have to worry about a thing, everything was taken care of, and each event proceeded smoothly and in a timely manner.

At first, both of us had been wondering if a wedding planning service is needed but after working with the team for a few days, they managed to show us top-notch professionalism in and convinced us that the retention of your service is perhaps one of the most important elements, if not the most important elements in creating the perfect wedding.

We have received nothing but positive comments from guests on the rundown of the day as well as all arrangements. The bridal party meeting was perfect and the having Issac accompanying the groomsmen team and having Vicky accompanying the bridal team on day with delegation and separation of duties from the best husband and wife dynamic duo made a huge difference. Issac and Vicky are extremely detail-oriented, patient and personable towards the 2 families and us.

As everyone knows, it is almost impossible to keep all parties happy in a big wedding but they had managed to keep all family members happy ultimately and this is usually mission impossible.

Without the help from the best couple team, our day would not be so perfect.

I cannot say how much I appreciate for all the work you have done for Zoe and I for the past year. You two were always there with us when we needed you the most, brought us hopes and solutions when we were in trouble. The best services ever, absolute worth every dollar spent!
